Michelle L. Maddy

Founder & Managing Partner

Michelle Maddy is the Managing Member of Legacy Real Estate, Investments & Funding LLC (Legacy RE). Through the strategic acquisition and management of premier multi-family properties, Legacy RE strives to provide its partners with stable cash flow returns and long term capital appreciation. Michelle actively participates in all the acquisitions and management of Legacy RE assets. Michelle has been involved in the ownership and management of over 75 national and international commercial and residential properties throughout her career.

Prior to founding Legacy RE, Michelle was a Partner with Check It Out LLC in Florida where she managed all aspects of acquisition, entitlements, development and asset management. Check It Out LLC focuses on the astute repositioning and development of residential and commercial properties primarily in Central Florida. Some of her projects included the repositioning of multiple six-unit complexes, an 8 unit residential historic complex, a 13

unit waterfront residential complex, and several mix-use commercial projects. Over the past 18 years, Michelle has

managed extensive single family acquisitions, rehabs, and

resales in Central Florida.

Other team members include Bankers, Insurance Agents, Title Insurance Agents, CPA, Syndication Attorney for SEC Compliance, 1031 Exchange Atty, Contractors, Investor Buyers & Sellers, Private Lenders, and professional real estate coaches in various niche real estate portfolios.
